We want to give credit where credit is due. So here are some shout-outs for you.
AAW Visual Art student Anthony Chirco recently competed in the Scholastic Art Awards, and has received a Gold Key award for his portfolio. Anthony also received two additional Gold Key awards for two of his paintings. Scholastic is highly competitive, so this is a real accomplishment. Anthony is equally adept in 2D and 3D art– drawing, painting, ceramic sculpture, and even glass.
